The Bay Area Ice Dancers are holding their annual social ice dance weekend in San Diego at SDIA on October 7th through 9th, 2022. Skaters of all dance levels and ages are welcome. The whole weekend includes 10 hours of ice time with both social dance and on-ice clinics. You can sign up for a day or the whole weekend. Road to Gold Training Camp “Returns”
We have secured Tuesday, December 22, 2020, from 2 pm to 8 pm at San Diego Ice Arena (SDIA) for the rescheduled Road To Goad Training Camp. All COVID-19 safety procedures setup up by SDIA will be followed. Camp participants will be divided into smaller groups by skill levels. All scheduled events will take place at SDIA. ALL of the above is subject to further changes based upon city and county COVID restrictions in December.

There are a limited number of open spots still available for this camp. We are only allowing participates to sign up for the FULL CAMP ($195) as this will allow us to follow COVID restrictions more easily. Here is the link to the 2020 Road to Gold Camp on EntryEeze. The system is currently configured to receive “late” entries with no extra fee until December 15th.
Availability and schedule of Private Lessons and Holiday Party with the Stars (aka Skating with the Stars Party) has not yet been finalized, but if you want to participate you may want to keep the morning of the same day free.

Learn to Skate Party
The San Diego Figure Skating Club invites you to join ice skating champions Gracie Gold and Max Aaron for a Learn To Skate on-ice party, followed by a very special “Meet and Greet”. Road to Gold Training Camp – Gracie Gold & Max Aaron
We are excited to open registration for the Road to Gold Training Camp featuring Gracie Gold and Max Aaron as well as our own Geoff Varner. On Saturday, March 21st, the FULL CAMP of seven 30 minute on-ice sessions and one 60 minute off-ice session will be held at the San Diego Ice Arena. All participants will also be invited to a Meet & Greet session and a Parent Q&A session on Friday, March 20 at Poway ICE. If not yet at FS3 level to participate in the full camp, Gracie will also host a Learn to Skate Party on Friday at Poway ICE.

A limited number of Private Lessons (30 minutes) will be available with Gracie and Max. Reservations made as “Practice Ice” and “Warmup Ice” and will be scheduled at Poway ICE on Friday, March 20th after 2:30 pm and on Saturday, March 21st after 5:00 am. If available space exceeded, a refund for the Private Lesson reservation will be made.
