Step 3 – Enter coach for each test area (repeat same coach name if necessary).
Step 4 – Review charges and tests selected.
Step 5 – Complete payment information.

Make sure you expand the correct section paying careful attention to Solo vs Partnered:

Once correct section(s) are expanded, then click on test to select. GREEN highlight indicates it is selected.
