Please provide your test permission form

When a Non-Member or Associate Member submits payment for a test session, the online system generates an email to the skater with the subject “Please provide your test permission form “.

You must upload a file using the link provided in the system email. The file content should be from an official at your Home Club indicating you are in good standing and/or have permission to test with the San Diego Figure Skating Club. The link will open dialog to select a file from your computer and then upload.

Your registration is not complete without this file being uploaded and approved by the Test Chair.
