At the SDFSC Annual meeting, Senior Team del Sol were honored for the accomplishments in the 2015-2016 season. Karin Sherr from USFSA presented the team with plaques to remember the accomplishment of representing Team USA at Trophy d’Ecosse in Dumfries, Scotland, winning an International Gold Medal and two most entertaining performance awards.

The SDFSC annual membership year is from July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017.

Each year representatives from SDFSC attend the USFSA Governing Council where our representatives vote on changes and learn from other FSCs.

On Saturday June 25th, our skaters were able to enjoy the teaching skills of renowned choreographer, Sarah Kawahara, pictured in the center of the skaters wearing a bright pink jacket.
The skaters enjoyed, performed and absorbed as Sarah presented her “Palette of Choreography Workshop” at the San Diego Ice Arena from 12:00pm – 6:00pm. This is just another example of how the San Diego Figure Skating Club is committed to encourage, develop and educate their elite competitive skaters!
